Stacy Pedri is a prolific photographer, creating magic with her first love of capturing images in nature and landscapes, gravitating to rustic treasures. Her desire is to create photographs that entice her audience to understand and share the emotions she feels while capturing the images.
Betty Sederquist, one of Stacy’s mentors, states, “Stacy is one of the hardest-working people I know, eager to learn about photography. Couple that work ethic with her amazing creative eye, and you have the ingredients for some fantastic images.”
Stacy found photography through chronicling the lives of her two sons. After her sons were grown, she began taking classes with instructors who became mentors who helped define her passion. Now she loves to travel with her husband, spending time camping and searching for new landscapes, old treasures, and hidden gems in nature.
Stacy’s photographs have received an impressive collection of awards. A notable recognition is that her work was selected to adorn one of the El Dorado Disposal trucks in a county-wide photography contest.
Stacy’s goal is to continue to capture, create and share her inspired artistic journey through Photographic Art. In addition to Old Town Gallery, Stacy’s photographs can be seen at Art on the Divide Cooperative Gallery in Georgetown, CA.
